10k Training Plans

10k running is a popular distance for intermediate and experienced athletes. The 10k running distance is also a great introduction for beginners into longer distance running.

10k events are typically held on the road or on the track.

It requires considerable aerobic endurance and speed for the experienced athlete to master the 10k running distance.

ATW has free 10k training plans available for beginners, intermediate and advanced level athletes.
