Which type of bike race are you training for?
Time Trial Races - 10 mile ride & 20 mile ride
Time trial races usually take place on roads. They require the rider to race against the clock. ATW has 4 week training schedules to help you prepare for a 10 Mile Time Trial or a 25 Mile Time Trial.
50 Mile Bike Race
A fifty mile bike race, also known as a half century ride challenges the cyclist to ride 50 miles within six hours. See our 4 week Half Century Training Plan
100 Mile Bike Race
A hundred mile bike race, also known as a century ride challenges the cyclist to ride 100 miles within twelve hours. See our 4 week Century Training Plan
