The IBB Hillingdon Half Marathon

After 10 years away the Hillingdon Half Marathon (Incorporating the Middlesex County HM Championships) is to return in 2014 by popular demand.

The borough of Hillingdon has a strong sporting tradition and has been part of past Olympic Marathon races and is deserving of a mass partipation race. The race will be organised by Active Training World under UKA rules and will be hosted at Brunel University, Uxbridge.

The route for the race is a residential setting that starts and finishes in the modern surroundings of Brunel University, Uxbridge, Middlesex. Brunel Unversity is a hub for sporting achievement and talent with many of our current and future international standard sportsmen and women training at their world class sports facilities.

The route is predominately flat with only one slight climb on the large lap. It is certainly a course for setting seasons and personal bests and will be an ideal preparation race for London or other spring marathons.

IBB Solicitors are the headline sponsors for this half marathon event.

Malcolm Underhill, Partner at IBB Solicitors
