Free Triathlon Training Plans

A triathlon is a multi-sport event involving the completion of three continous sporting disciplines. The most popular version of a triathlon is the swim, bike and run format. Triathletes compete for the fastest overall completion time including 'transitions' between the swim, cycle and run components.

Sprint Distance Triathlon - 750m swim, 20km bike and 5km run

Olympic Distance Triathlon - 1.5km swim, 40km bike and 10km run

Half-Ironman Triathlon - 1.9km swim, 90km bike and 21.1km run

Our half ironman distance triathlon training plans are written by former Elite Triathlete and Coach Tanja Slater and have been endorsed by current Ironman Tom Lowe

Ironman Triathlon - 3.9km swim, 180km bike and a full marathon 42.2 run

Our free ironman distance triathlon training plans are written by Pro Ironman and Coach Joel Jameson and have been endorsed by current Ironman Tom Lowe
