Half Marathon Training Plans

A half marathon is a running event of 13.1 miles. It is exactly half the distance of a marathon and is usually run on roads.

Half Marathon running is a popular distance because it is a challenging distance, but does not require the same level of training and time that a marathon requires.

ATW has free training plans available for beginners, intermediate and advanced level athletes.
