This sub 5 hour marathon training plan is aimed at people with some recent sports background.

The sub 5 hour marathon training plan was written by Mike Gratton

Mike Gratton won the London Marathon in his fastest ever time of 2:09:43 in 1983. This time puts Mike 13th on the all time UK marathon list (as at 2013). Mike also gained a bronze medal in the 1982 Commonwealth Games Marathon in a time of 2:12:06.
