Free Triathlon Training Plans

A triathlon is a multi-sport event involving the completion of three continous sporting disciplines. The most popular version of a triathlon is the swim, bike and run format. Triathletes compete for the fastest overall completion time including 'transitions' between the swim, cycle and run components.

Active Training World provides free triathlon training schedules for sprint triathlon, olympic triathlon, half-Ironman triathlon and Ironman triathlon


Sprint Distance Triathlon - 750m swim, 20km bike and 5km run
