This advanced 25 Mile TT training plan is aimed at people who regularly race the 25 Mile TT distance and want to follow a plan to help them achieve a personal best over the distance.

In order to complete the advanced 25 Mile TT training plan athletes should be capable of training 6 days a week.

Change the days to fit your lifestyle if preferred but always ensure a balanced training week

The Advanced 25 Mile TT training plan was written by Leda Cox

Leda is a former Pro Cyclist and was formerly ranked number one rider in Great Britain

She turned pro in 2003 and she spent most of her career abroad racing for Dutch, Belgian, French, Italian and American teams. In an 8 year career which was cut short by a crash which forced her early retirement she went on to achieve:

  • 30 Wins including two stage races
  • 3 National Medals
  • British Number one ranked rider
  • 24 Great Britain Team Caps
  • Coupe De France Winner
  • Tour of Tucson Winner

She is also a massively experienced coach and mentor to many riders. Leda has recently started a 3 year degree course in  Physiotherapy at the St Georges, University of London.
