This is the third year of this fabulous 5 mile summer evening event. It runs through the historic and beautiful parkland of Panshanger Park, alongside lakes, river Mimram and around the Panshanger Great Oak. Photos from last years successful event and results here:

5 Mile running race and a 1.5 mile fun run. This event is part of the Midsummer 5 Mile Series, supporting Isabel Hospice and HAD (Herts Action on Disability).

An Association of Running Club (ARC) permit event.

Online entries:Pay by major credit/debit cards.

On Day Entry will be available (cash only).

Race numbers will be collected at the the event venue on the morning of the race. Registration will open at 06:20pm and will close at 07:20pm.

Please arrive in sufficient time to collect your race number.

Race Numbers
Please wear your number pinned to the front of your vest.

Parking
Parking will be provided at Riverside Cottage. Please follow signs and marshal directions after entering Panshanger Park from B1000 at North Lodge.

Changing and Toilets
Come changed and ready to run if possible. There will be supervised storage for bags and belongings but please leave valuables at home as GO Running will not be responsible for lost property. Toliets will be provided.

Time Limit

Refunds
No refund will be made to any entrant not completing the race. No transfer of race numbers to another person is allowed.

I hereby declare that (1) I am an amateur according to the eligibility rule of UKA, (2) I am medically fit to run and I will do so at my own risk and agree not to hold the organisers responsible in any way for any injury or loss resulting from my participation in the event, prior to, during or after the event. (3) I understand the organisers reserve the right to alter the arrangements and conditions should circumstances require. The course is unsuitable for wheelchairs and prams.

In the unfortunate cancellation of the event through circumstance beyond the control of the race organisers.  I understand, and accept, the rules and terms of the entry including that there will be no refund of race fees.
