The race HQ is at the Kew and Ham Sports Association clubhouse, Riverside Drive, Ham, nr Richmond TW10 7RU. The race starts and finishes closeby on the Riverside Drive Open Space.  

The course starts and finishes on grass with the remainder of the course on tarmac and towpath. It's an out and back course with two laps of the towpath.

Please wear your number pinned to the front of your vest.

Changing and Toilets
The KHSA clubhouse has six changing rooms (three male and three female) each with showers and toilets. In addition there are male and female toilets and a disabled toilet. Baggage can be left at the KHSA clubhouse but is unsupervised and is unattended. Any baggage and valuables are left at the owners risk and the organisers will not accept any liability for any loss. The clubhouse will also have light refreshments, including snacks, tea and coffee, etc, on sale.

Parking
There is limited parking at the Kew and Ham Sports Association. Free parking is also possible on nearby roads but runners are kindly requested to avoid parking on the course route. Runners are encouraged to travel to the race by public transport wherever possible.

Time Limit
The Ranelagh Harriers Richmond 10K has a maximum time restriction of 120 minutes. After which there may not be marshals and time keepers available.

RULE 21 S6 (1) ENGLISH COUNTY QUALIFICATION

(i) County Championships are open to all eligible athletes possessing a County Qualification.

(ii) A County qualification may be acquired as follows:

(a) By birth (see also Rule 21 S4(1)).

(b) By nine months' continuous bona fide residence in the County immediately prior to the competition.

(c) By service in a Unit of HM Forces stationed in the County for nine months immediately prior to the date of competition. Temporary absence on duty shall not break a qualification acquired under this paragraph.

NOTE : Membership of a Club affiliated to a County Association does not, of itself, provide an athlete with a County qualification unless at least one of (a) - (c) above is satisfied.

(4) I understand that the course is unsuitable for wheelchairs and prams and dogs and headphones are not allowed. (5) I understand that if I am under 18 years of age on the day of the race parental / guardian approval is required to enter the race. (6) I understand that in the event of any dispute the race referees decision is final.
