The swim will take place in Stanborough Lake with a deep-water start. The route is a 750m clock-wise loop, marked with large ATW branded swim buoys.
The bike route is one anti-clockwise loop. There is one mandatory foot-down point as you exit Stanborough Lakes. At this point, you must bring your bike to a complete stop before continuing. Faliure to do so will result in disqualification from the race.
The 2.5km run course is on hard, compacted ground with short cut grass, so despite being an off-road run, is incredibly fun to race on and can make for some fast times! There is one short climb towards the end of each lap.
