Free Training Log

Keep a diary of all your training sessions. Then look back to see if you’re improving and track your weekly mileage.  If you get injured, check what you did differently in your training that might have caused it.


How to get started

Simply register your details by clicking 'register' below. This will give you access to your members area where you can select your training log. Just drag and drop your activity into the calendar then enter the training session details in the pop up box when prompted. These details are tailored to the type of training session you've completed. There's even space to enter additional notes such as the weather or if you trained in a group or alone.
