How You Could Heal Your Achilles Tendonitis
A man called Hakan Alfredson was a keen sportsman but was suffering from an excess of scar tissue around the Achilles tendon. In a bid to convince his doctor to put him under the knife, he attempted to cause himself excess damage. It did not have the desired affect and he found his achilles grew much stronger . This led to years of research and is now the recommended treatment for this injury.

ATW January Event Roundup
Our annual race series at Ashridge Estate kicked off last Sunday. Our winners were:
Standard distance duathlon:
· Paul Corney in a time of 02:16:17

Sprint distance duathlon:
·       Jonathan Hoggett in a time of 01:06:07
