This Intermediate Sprint Triathlon Training Plan is suitable for athletes that have already completed a sprint triathlon and would now like to follow a plan to help them improve at this distance.
Athletes should be capable of training 6 days a week.
The sprint triathlon training plan includes some static bike sessions.
Natalie Barnard is a professional ironman triathlete.
Her best achievement to date is her podium finish at Galway 70.3.
Before turning to long distance events Natalie Barnard was 2007 World Champion in Biathlon and also European Champion in 2008.
Natalie Barnard runs the triathlon club and coaching company Transition Tri Team.
Mark Buckingham is a professional GB Triathlete and three time UK Duathlon Champion. In 2013 Mark Buckingham achieved his first World Cup win in the ITU series at Palamos.
